Saint Raymond Catholic Church in Springfield hosted a candidate forum for the Virginia 42nd District on Thursday. Oct. 24. Both Del. Kathy Tran and her challenger Dr. Steve Adragna were invited. Unfortunately Delegate Tran was a no-show. I was very impressed with Dr. Adragna's vision for a vibrant and growing 42nd district under his leadership. Why does Delegate Tran hide from opportunities to answer questions from her constituents? I am very disappointed.
